Join Eduardo's team. Own the audience-modeling, recommendation, and scheduling-forecast systems that help our creators understand their subscribers and plan their drops. We work with first-party engagement signals and care a lot about explainability.
You'll be the third engineer on a small platform team. Production experience with recommender systems or audience-segmentation models preferred. Strong communicators encouraged — you'll partner directly with the talent team.
Work with June at our Vegas studio. Coordinate shoots, manage talent logistics, and supervise post-production. 3+ years adult industry production experience required. Discretion non-negotiable.
Lead our 22-person content-operations team that handles posting, community, and quality review across the Cherry Locke roster. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Requires: 4+ years content moderation or social media operations leadership. Comfort with adult content. NDA on file before first day. We provide full medical, 13th-month, and 25 days PTO.
Be the day-to-day point of contact for active creators on the roster. Help them navigate scheduling, brand conflicts, and platform changes. Therapist/social worker background a strong plus.
Small team, high autonomy. We pay above market because we hire people who could be doing anything and we want them to be doing this. Every full-time employee in Austin has equity. We don't do unlimited PTO — we do mandatory 25 days, and Audrey personally checks that everyone takes them.
